14.16.210 Local limits—Discharge limit development.

As required in this section and pursuant to 40 CFR 403.8, the control authority, (the city) continually develops and enforces specific limits to implement the prohibitions listed in 403.5(a)(1) and 403.5(b) including the local limits.
