14.04.060 Wastewater service charges—Nonresidential, high strength.
(A) Each high strength, nonresidential customer as defined in Section 14.04.005 shall pay the greater of the following fixed monthly fees or a fee calculated according to the following formula.

(B) For purposes of determining BOD and TSS in the above formulae, city staff is authorized to require analysis of the user's flow in accordance with Title 14 of this code. For installations that use less than two thousand gallons per day of domestic water, city staff may use published tables of BOD and TSS that are approved by the State Water Resources Control Board for use in determining BOD and TSS in the above formulae.
(C) Effective January 1, 2012, and on every January 1st thereafter, wastewater service charges will be adjusted by the percent change in the Bay Area Consumer Price Index over the previous calendar year, or by three percent, whichever is less.
