2.04.050 Adoption of procedures.

The council shall follow the most current version of City Council Code of Conduct and Governance Protocols on file with the City Clerk to establish rules of procedure to govern the conduct of its meetings, any of its other functions and activities, and regulations pertaining thereto.

The City Council Code of Conduct and Governance Protocols may only be revised by ordinance, however any of the appendices created by 3^rd parties may be updated with the latest information upon approval of a City Council Minute Order.
