18.04.010 Purpose and applicability.

The purpose of this chapter is to ensure precision in interpretation of the words and terms used throughout this title. The meaning and construction of words and phrases defined in this chapter shall apply throughout this title, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning or construction.
