14.16.550 Reporting requirements—Annual POTW reports.

(A) An annual pretreatment report will be submitted to the approval authority summarizing the activities and effectiveness of the city's pretreatment program. The goals of the local pretreatment program are to regulate discharges from the industrial users (IUs) into the sewers.

(B) The annual pretreatment report will include, at a minimum, the following: an updated list of industrial users; a summary of the status of industrial user compliance over the reporting period; a summary of compliance and enforcement activities (including inspections and samplings) conducted by the POTW during the reporting period; and any other relevant information requested by the approval authority.
